Nordic walking tours

  • The courses are organised for the beginners, physically inactive, for the young ones and for the young at heart.

  • The beginners course last 4 hours and it contains:

  1. brief theoretical introduction

  2. demonstration of the warm up exercises, balance and endurance exercises using the poles,

  3. introduction and practice of the basic technique,

  4. if desired a video recording and analyses,

  5. walking with poles in the nature, uphill, downhill and performing stretching exercises using poles.

  • During Nordic walking, the hormones of happiness are abundantly secreted, which will only bring us additional joy, a smile and general satisfaction after the end of the course!
