Nordic walking tours

The courses are organised for the beginners, physically inactive, for the young ones and for the young at heart.

The beginners course last 4 hours and it contains:
-
brief theoretical introduction
-
demonstration of the warm up exercises, balance and endurance exercises using the poles,
-
introduction and practice of the basic technique,
-
if desired a video recording and analyses,
-
walking with poles in the nature, uphill, downhill and performing stretching exercises using poles.
-
During Nordic walking, the hormones of happiness are abundantly secreted, which will only bring us additional joy, a smile and general satisfaction after the end of the course!
